yeah i didn't think it could have been. before you start rippin on me i siad might not have been an 8th. it was a school physics prject and the teacher said it was an 8th he must ahve been wrong. so please no more bs signs k cuase i didn;t kno

Light bulb was probably out and it maybe was a 9.2.


LOL funny , 10.2 is more like it ...... for stock gears and no drag radials LOL.....

Well that explains it a little better, could have been an 8th, but how was he timing it? Stopwatch?
 
Mine did 9.027 w/ x pipe and flows! Next time try going to an actual track! And dont expect much more than 9.6's. I did get my old 98gt down to a 9.07 w/ H pipe flows,K&N and nitto d/r's
 
I ran a 9.4 with the following
BBK full length headers
BBK shorty X-pipe
Flowmast thunder series cat back
BBK intake
BBK 75mm throtle body
BBK underdrive pullies
I also have 18x9.5 chrom 03 cobra rims with Kumos (not good drag rubber...)
I also was getting rubber for more than the 60ft, and well into 3rd......
I don't have that much trouble in street races but... who knows what i was doing that day

i bet it was the 330 ft marker, not the full 660
