I finally sold my wreck, and am looking at 99 and 01 Cobras. With all of this IRS nonsense out back, what do I have to do to get some DD wheels back there? I remember reading about having to do something to some of the IRS bolts to make clearance, but have long forgotten where I saw the info. Is there anything else I should be concerned about, or looking for while searching for a Cobra?
It's proving to be rather difficult to find a 99-01 Cobra coupe in good shape, for around $15,000 in my area. I'm probably going to have to go all the way to California to get one that I want.
