For me it would depend on the piston used and goals of the build, since its all ready got a .030 over if its cut for a decent inline relief you could probably get away with more cam on the inline heads. Though the 11r can still be pretty aggressive without any fly cuts and are offered in a smaller chamber. If I had a 86 junk motor and a budget for either of those 11r would be my pic. There also decent as cast China clone options for the afr heads these days you can build out for half the price and be extremely close in flow and the quality of valvetrain. The fact afr its self is using Chinese core castings now in the renegade line and kept the price point the same is another reason I would pick tfs over those if buying new.
Might want to look on eBay there doing discount codes again where you can knock 15% off up to $100 off two seperate orders, pretty sure it applies to summit and there listings for TFS heads
