I just put in my new AFR/FTI 331 stroker thats built to run high 10's. Anyways I dont even have 10 miles on this motor yet but I have taken up; to 4000RPM and yeah it does feel considerably stronger than my old motor.

But when I do nail it for the first time how much of a difference should there be?

If you ran 12's w/your old motor, and now have a 10sec. motor all i can say is drive a Yugo for a week and then hammer your ride. Thats your difference.lol

My car runs 12's...and I know whenever I get in my friend's mustangs that have H/C/I/S-Trim 15psi (500rwhp+), it feels like a rocket ship compared to my slow piece of crap.

Of course driving them I'm sure is different and you always seem to get used to speed. I'm sure it'll feel a lot faster at first though.

I notice than when you drive, the car feels slow. When you let your friend hammer it with you in the passenger seat, somehow the car feels like it grew an extra set of balls. My car is stock so the acceleration is ho hum. However, banzai redline runs on my CBR600 definitly tightens up the sphincter muscle.
