Comp cams has come out with a new series of cams for the 4.6 3 valve. They use a phase limiter to work with the cvt so we won't loose lowend or mid range. They come in 3 stages for FI motors and 3 stages for N/A motors. Thaave made as much as 80 hp. JDM Engineering made 401 RWHP on a 298 stroker using these cams and the car still passed emissions testing to be street legal. You won't need to take off your CMCV plates to run these cams as there made to work with that system. Finally a set of hot cams that won't rob the lowend torque. The 3 stages are from mild to wild, if I'm not misstaken, I believe stage 1 doesn't requie new springs, I don't remember for sure. If you have any questions, you could E-mail JDM Engineering or comp cams. I believe a set of those cams and you could be a 12 flat if not high 11's. Curious about the dyno #'s in your signature. If I'm reading correctly, there's more than 30rwhp and 30rwtq difference between a Dynojet and Mustang Dyno. I know the Mustang Dyno's read lower than the Dynojet, but that's a big difference!

I ask because I just had my '07 GT automatic dyno'd on a Mustang Dyno last week and it put down 351 rwhp. I was really expecting around 375 rwhp, but am still happy with 351 rwhp. The dyno operator said the Dynojet would likely only read about 10-15 rwhp more. Your thoughts?
