13" Rotors and Twin Piston Caliper Prices?

I think you can find it somewhere for $350. However that is with the OEM Cobra rotors. The OEM Cobra rotors (which are vented, but not drilled or slotted) are made by Brembo. Before buying your kit, I'd ask (1) who is making those "Ford brand" rotors, and (2) are they vented? If it is not Brembo or some respectable name, AND vented, I ... personally ... would pass on it in favor of the kit with the OEM Cobra rotors made by Brembo. My guess is that it is not Brembo since they are slotted and drilled. If they are Brembo, that package price for Brembo slotted/ drilled rotors sounds absolutely dirt cheap -- buy them now before they raise the price. HOWEVER, I'd bet dollars to doughnuts they are made by a vender name you would Also, you will need new brake lines to go with the rotors. SS is best because they do not expand under pressure (supposedly the brakes work noticably better with the SS lines).
