WHOA thats HIGHHHHH. Why don't you find a local paint shop that can do it for cheap. Best way to do it is to go to a paint shop and buy your own paint materials and then pay someone else to do it. I bought my black paint and clearcoat etc for $12 and then paid someone $20 to paint them.
