This is kind of a "down the road question" but my car has the stock 16x7 pony rims on it, and I plan on going with 17x9 chrome bullitts all around. My question is, would it be worth it to keep my pony's to mount DR's or something on them for when I go to the track?

Thanks in advance guys.

I don't know if the 16x7's are worth keeping for drag tires.....little small in width...but I do know you'll love the bullit wheels.....I got the chrome ones put on my 95....best looking wheels....look better on this body style compared to the 99-04 body style...

I run my ET streets on a set of stock 16X7 wheels... they work perfectly.

For sure keep them. They only weigh 18lbs/piece, and are 16x7.5.

I have 255/50/16 BFG Comp TA dr's on mine, and I have pulled 1.85 60's with them. You can also fit 26x10.5x16 ET Streets on them no problem, and those are good for 1.7 60's.
