I looked through the forum and google and couldn't find the answer to a wheel question I am sure has been asked before.

The wheels you are asking about would stick out beyond the fenders about 1 inch. A 17 inch wheel wider than 9+ inches almost always requires sway bar relocation brackets for clearance. For 17x10 you need 7 1/4 backspacing at a minimum, this puts the wheel flush with the fender. Wheel companies don't make a 17x10 with the correct offset for our cars because of the clearance problems. You will have to get a custom made wheel for it to fit. I have 17x10 ZE Boost wheels with 7 1/4 inch backspacing for the rear on mine and they clear without moving the sway bar but most will not.

I've thought about using these guys:

Weldcraft Wheels Wheel Widening Wheel Repairs Wheel Restoration

I think it would be sneaky to run an OEM 17" wheel that has a sneaky 315 on the back wheel.

Of course, I need at least another 150hp or so to turn them over....
