My car has rolled front/rear wheel openings. I also have MM front coilovers. Does anyone know if a 17x9 will fit the front without rubbing? Ive read that a 255/40/17 tire would fit, but Im not sure if the coilovers will cause an issue that a stock strut setup wouldnt. Bilsteins all around..... i dont have quad shocks in the rear. Would the 17x10 rims/tires fit out back? Thanks.

I have a 17x9 in the front with rolled fenders, I have some slight rubbing issues with a 245/45/17 tire.. I also run a 17x10 out back with a 275/35 tire
The rears are not rolled, if they were a larger tire would fit easily. I have also removed the quad shocks.

These are SN95 17x8s with 235/45/17 and MM coil overs on sn95 conversion brakes

Whether a 17x9 fits and rubs ultimately depends on the offset and backspacing.

Given the specs for the 17x8 wheels you can compare to your wheels specs and compare.

Thanks for the picture and info. On the LMR wesite, they sell a set of rims/tires that are a Saleen SC knockoff. Of course they only make the 4-lug rims in 17x8. Id need to order the 5-lug 17x9,10 set. They mention steering rack limiters. I guess in a pinch (not sure I like the idea) I could use a narrow wheel spacer if the backspacing didn't allow for fitment without rubbing. 17x10 rears may need a specific tire to allow fitment without making contact as well.

You will need to check backspacing / offset for the wheels. I bought American Muscle Cobra R replicas 17x9 in the front and they rub on my factory struts slightly when the weight of the car shifts. On Jack stands, they are touching the struts. Im not sure of the diameter of the coil overs.
