the 17" chrome pony's look waaaaayyy better than the 18" versions.

Well i do fit your criteria for 18's, but realistically with how good tires are these days, 17's or 18's perform about the same for acceleration.

Agreed, but with the larger wheel, comes additional weight, that equals added rotational mass. One of the main reasons 15" combinations tend to trap higher than 17 and 18" wheel and tire combinations.

True, but realistically people looking to run 17's or 18's aren't typically worried about every last mph.

I see the 17s all over the place but I don't know of anywhere you can purchase the 18s

Yeah, I remember seeing them back in the early 2000s to mid 2010s. Back then, there were a LOT more companies offering replica wheels for fox and SN95 cars. Then they disappeared and all we have now is LMR wheels.


I think 50_rick went chrome after the grey ones. His IG account is no longer active and has been removed.
