Hi All,

I live in AZ and bought my 96 Cobra about 4 months ago. No that the temps have been in the 100's my vehicle seems to be running hot. I know that running hot is common for that year. I have changed the fluid and yes the fan works.

My question is will going to a 180 verse the stock and not having the fan speed adjusted in the computer gain me anything? Do I need to have the fan speed adjusted? Thanks in advance to the replies.

mine runs cooler at highway speeds didnt do crap for traffic driving though and my fans are set 10 degrees lower , might help if i get the fans turned on quicker , if you get a hypertech , superchips or diablo programmer you should be able to work with the fan switches and make some difference . definitely didnt hurt at all , because it does run cooler on the highway 55-65 mph
