18's on your foxbody? whats the best size tire?

235/40 on 18x8 front
275/35 on 18x9 rear

Hey man, okay say if you were to stand the front and rear tires right next to each other....are they about the same height? Which one is a little bigger? I wanted to do 275's on the rear but 265/35 all around work also. Does the 275 look stupid on the rim? And aren't you running a 10.5 inch rim the on back? remove quad shocks?

They are roughly the same size, but the rear is about a .1" taller. I have a hard time believing you won't have rubbing issues with the 265 on the front. That's why I run the 235/40.. no rubbing. I had 265s on a 9" front on my '01 cobra and the sidewall was a little small for my taste. I think the 275 looks perfect on the 9" rim and I'm running flipped quads and rolled lips.

I personally find the 35s to be too short of a tire wall. I like the 40s a little better. 35 just doesn't seem like it has any meat to it.

I agree! I bought 35 side tire abs hate it. Now pissed I gotta go buy a new set that are 40. Waste of Money
