There is a large bolt on both sides of the IRS, about 3.5 to 4 inches long that hold the IRS in the upper mount. The head of these bolts are capable of scraping the inside sidewall when the suspension is unweighted (like when going over a train track or bump at speed). This bolt head can come in contact with the sidewall of the tire depending on the tires width. Wish I had pictures to show you... sorry...mity2 said:which IRS bolts are u talking about?

Yes, I had to replace this bolt with one that had a thinner head to prevent rubbing when the suspension was fully unloaded. I was running Nitto 315's which are the narrowest 315's currently available.mity2 said:hummm Anyone here have pics?
