Does anyone know if there is a specific return spring for the bellcrank lever on a 1965 mustang for the kick down?
My '65 has that bellcrank assembly that sits on top of the intake manifold. I see in the shop manual how the spring should hook up; from the lever to a bracket that is located on the top center of the valve cover; but just not sure if I need a specific spring (length, etc) or if I can just get another accelerator return spring.
Any help is appreciated.
