For sale is my 1965 Mustang coupe. I've done lots of work on it and I just have lost interest in it. My wife and I just had our first son last year and we have another one on the way so the time to work on this has just diminished.

The car is completely rust free. All the body work was done prior to my owning the car. This is definitely the perfect starting point for someone who doesn't want to have to deal with body work.

I have every single part, screw, other hardware that is needed to complete the car. I have both front and rear windshields (out of car) as well as boxes of parts. I'm sure many things will have double of and the buyer can go ahead and make some money off of selling all the excess parts once complete.

Now onto the specifics:

Engine:
-Ford 5.0L roller block (bored .040)
- Block was bored, honed, crank was ground, brand new bearings installed
- Brand new pistons/rings
-Car is running Ford EFI with Ron Francis wiring and a ford A9L computer
-Ford GT40 heads (ported and 3 angle valve job)
-Comp Cams XE270HR custom cam
-Ford GT40 upper and lower intake
-BBK 70mm MAF sensor and Throttle Body
- MAF is calibrated for 24lb injectors and car comes with 24lb injectors
-Aluminum Radiator
-Canton Oil pan
-Heddman Elite headers (with 02 sensor bungs welded on)
-Custom EFI fuel tank with built in fuel pump
- Return lines running back to fuel pump as well (pump runs nice and quiet)
-BBK underdrive pullies

Transmission/Drivetrain:
-Running a ford t-5 transmission with a mustangsteve cable clutch conversion (ball bearing)
-Rear end is a Ford 9" big bearing rear end with 3.70 gears
-Custom made driveshaft for this application
-Hurst shifter

Brakes/Suspension:
-Car is running 4 wheel disc brakes adapted from 2005-09 Mustang GT's
-Power brake booster from a 2000 Mustang V6
-Front end had the shelby drop performed to lower the car
-all suspension is grab-a-trak springs with KYB Gas adjust shocks
-front and rear sway bars installed
-Running 17" Ford Bullitt wheels with 1" adapters on all 4 corners (car sits beautifully)

Interior:
-1989 Mustang Seats with adjustable side bolster and lumbar (Black seat covers installed)
-Nice wood grain steering wheel
-Car is wired with a complete body painless wiring kit (20120)
-carpet is in really good shape
-all glass in good shape
-door panels look good
-Front 3 point seat belts are installed and work great
-Rear 3 point seat belts come with the car and can be installed by new owner

Exterior:
-Like I said this car has 0 rust on it. All the underside is coated with truck bedliner for durability
-body panels are straight

I'll say again that I have boxes upon boxes of parts that will go with this car. In most cases you'll have plenty of extra stock once you're finished to either sell or hold onto until needed.

I'm willing to listen to offers but no low ballers please. I'm not really proactively trying to sell yet. Just want to see if there is any interest in the car. I'm hoping to find someone that can just take it and finish the job and enjoy the hard work I've already put into it.
