Coys C-67 17x8 with 4.5 backspacing
Nitto 555 235/45/17 tires
New Gas-adjust shocks
1 inch sway bar
1 inch lowering spings through Laurel Mountain Mustang
The front right tire rubs like crazy on the outboard side. I thought that the original springs were worn out so I purchased the 1 inch lowering springs to avoid the "riding high" look. Now it just sits lower and rubs more. I have a 351 windsor with cast iron heads if this is any help for how much weight is in the front. Will new stock front springs sit at a normal height? I heard that it takes them time to settle down? I know that these wheels fit on these cars. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
