hey,

its been a while since ive been under my car, i will be going on leave in a couple months back home to MI in hopes to finish my car.

my question is: on the front fenders there are two lower bolt holes to mount the fender. the rear hole goes to the rocker. what holds the hole closest to the wheel opening to the car? is there a bracket or something? i cant remember for the life of me how it was held on 10 years ago when i took the originals off...

thanks
Mike

Yes, there is a special clip that snaps up into the square hole. I will try and find a picture of it. It goes up into the hole then you slide it to snap it in place. It has a nut attached to it that you bottom fender bolt will go into. You will need some shimms to properly place the fender.

I don't like CJPony, but it is the easiest to get pictures from...

i have those nuts.. i was talking about the other hole. im pretty sure that only the rear hole lines up with the cowl. there is the hole thats about 8 inches forward that doesnt seem to line up with anything.
