have a question ,
will the rear of a 84 mustang gt fit in my sons 69 mustang ?
And will the 5 lug axle shafts from his 8 inch slide in??
also will the front spindles fit for switching form his drums to discs up front??

another question Will 70 torino fornt disc brakes bolt on ??
Thanks

The short answer is no. The 84 has a coil spring setup where the 69 is leaf spring. Anything is possible, but the amount of mods needed would be killer. Explorers have leaf springs and would be easier to swap in.

The Torino calipers, spindles, and rotors will work up front. The 84 pieces will not work up front, again without mucho mods.

Why are you trying to put an 8.8 in a 69? If you are looking for cheaper disc brakes, you could use a setup from a 92-02 Crown Vic or Towncar. These can be found on ebay or in a junk yard if you are lucky.

I agree- use the Torino brake parts up front. I'm not positive how much your ride height will be affected.

You should be able to find old 5 lug 8" rearend at your local wrecking yard. If you're near CA, I can connect you with one.
