Far as the front brakes you can get everything from dinky factory sized rotors redrilled to take 5 lug, to Granada (or S10) rotors and adapted calipers, to aftermarket disks cast with or without the hubs, separate hubs, and 4 piston calipers.

$$$

Far as rear axles are concerned there are numerous choices there also. 8" 9" 8.8", Granada, Classic Stang, Bronco, Versailles, , a few I'm forgetting.

Along with the choices Wart mentioned, you can also redrill your rear axle flanges for the 5x4.5 pattern and use early Ranger drums, or purchase new stronger 5-lug axles (the better choice) and use the early Ranger drums.

Remember that the MII 6.75" and 8" rear axles have unique axle housing flanges and reuse your original bearing retainers when swapping axles.

Read the top couple of threads here and you'll find lots of material on brakes, wheels, and suspension to consider.
