And last but not least a Luv truck. My projects keep me busy. Been working at them for too long.

Cleaned up some brackets, painted and installed them. Smog pump, power steering pump and alternator brackets. However I’m missing one small bracket that attaches to the passenger side head.

If you have one, I’d would buy it from you.

Looking at all carb connection differences. I bought the Ford throttle kit and the plate kit to help the throttle bracket alignment. Anyone have a picture of what theirs looks like?

Doesn’t quite want to fit.

I have a question about what I think is the temperature sending unit wire hook up. The one that I believe attaches to the sending unit is a connection with a red rubber protection piece. The connection has a two “prong” connection to the sending unit.

All of the sending units I have seen and the one I bought has a single prong connection. What gives? How are you guys hooking this up to the original connector?

Any help is appreciated. Thank you

My brother helped me with the rear drums, new brake shoes. I replaced the front calipers and brakes are ok but need to replace all rubbers/bushings in the front suspension.

Wants to slightly drift right/left when I press the brakes.

Any suggestions as to where to get a good front end bushing kit?

Your Kings looking great, I assume that custom length pushrods were needed with that combination?

If i remember correctly, I was told that this combination did not need the custom length rods.

No. Mechanically they were basically identical to any other V8 equipped II. But mufflers tuck under the rear seats nicely.

Rog. My next question: What do you think of the look of straight pipes on these? Is it even practical?
