Cranks but no start; vehicle towed; ecu not responding to EZ READ for quick test; fuel pump will not shut off. 12 volts to coil but no high voltage output; Back probed TFI, checks were in spec.; ecu replaced in 1996. Any advice to get the car started will be helpful. I am using a Ford Injectors and EEC service manual. Thanks.
