You prolly have way more in it than what you can sell it for, but isn't that why we own Mustangs?

It's hard to say man. Some foxes hatch or notch are on Autotrader from 6K-14K.

How many miles on the chassis is a big factor when looking at these cars...for me anyway.

The body looks to be pretty nice, if the interior is nice its worth some good money but I wouldn't give you a number till i knew the milage.

thats so true SVT32DOHC....i've seen stangs with less and asking for much more then they are actually worth

Yeah, I have seen like 91-92 GT's with 80-90K that aren't that nice and they are asking 14K. Yes, it has low miles for age, yes, it's mostly stock, yes, it's rust free, but the paint sucks, and the interior is dirty, and it still has the 80-90K. If people are gonna ask that much money, it better be flawless, stock and under 50K.

My notch is a 4cyl salvage title car that I converted to a 5.0L. The body and paint is great and everything is stock except for the light mods in sig. If I sell it when my 81 notch is done, I'll ask like 10K. I think that is too high, but it will look good compared to others available on Auto Trader. Even though my car has those two facts working against it, it is still a nice car and I would tell people to walk if I didn't get close to the 10K. I don't have to sell it. And you can't find a car like that around here period...

If I were you, I would just start at like 10K. If that is lower than you were thinking, I don't mean to insult you, your car is nice and has a lot of engine mods. If that is higher than you were thinking, just remember....it is always better to start high than too low...but those 14K+ foxes you see are crazy.

The notch is mine. Here are pics.

Nice notch SVT32VDOHC. When I bought the car is 99' it only had 48K on it. When I swapped the motor out last year it was up too 117k on the 302, but well maintained. Now with the new motor is only has 2k on it. Never seen Chicago snow, always garaged kept. Clean notch's are getting hard to find also nowadays

Thanks man!!

WOW. You have owned that a long time which is a big plus. That will play a big factor IMO because it hasn't been tossed around and beat on my 10 different owners. 117K is not bad miles at all. Mine in the pic above has 145K. As long as the car is nice, mileage is just a number to me.

Your car is nice, so ask whatever you want man, trust me, you'll get it eventually, it just takes time to find the right guy and weed out the a$$holes.

Thanks...I'm actually the third owner. The original owner was a older gentleman and from what I know is that he did not drive it for 3 years thats why the mileage was so low when I got it. The second owner is a friend that bought it from the original owner who was his neighbor and he only had it for a month before I both it.

Its all about getting the right person at the right time.

Hell yeah. That is great when you know the history.

Back in 2001 I bought a 92 GT with 92K on it. It was clean as hell so I car faxed it. Found out it was a Florida car and was owned until 1999 by the original owner and it had 38K on it. 2 years later it got wrecked by the second owner, in Michigan, when it had 95K on it. Then I got it, fixed it, and sold it. So that means in two years, it got almost 60K on it!!!! Man, I wish I would have got it in 1999 with the 38K on it.

Usually fox price range varries by location. Around here it might fetch $6000-7000. My buddy sold his 91 coupe basicly stock, exhaust and a nx kit for $6300 or 6400. It had 120 or 130k miles. The interior was PERFECT, like it just rolled off the showroom floor. Body was a 8 out of a 10 and it was a T5 swap car.

So? You selling the mods?? Or the car??

You didn't list milage? Condition of the paint? Interior? Does the A/C work? Stuff like that?

But then again...this isn't a for sale ad
