1990 Convertible annoying noise/vibration

Hi there, I was hoping someone might have some thoughts on what this noise is coming from behind my rear convertible seats (or underneath the car). Sounds like the exhaust is rubbing on something? Would need to put it up on a lift with the suspension loaded to see what it going on. You could also do it on jack stands but that is something you need to decided whether or not the risk is worth it.
