I really need some help with my 5.0 it will not start in cold weather and has been like this for almost two years I am going crazy on trying to figure out the problems please help.

The engine does not crank, or it cranks OK but will not fire off and run?

The engine does crank sometimes it take over 6times to turn on or it doesnt turn on at all

When it cranks 6 times, does it then just stop cranking until you recharge the battery or will it crank again if you walk away for a bit and come back?

yes it stops cranking till i recharge the battery

yes it is.
Depends how cold it is outside if its 30 and above it will talk about 15 to 20min
Any colder and it will only crank no start up.

Have you ever checked for codes or replace the ECT or ACT sensors?

Yes codes are fine im thinking its the tfi module but i just want to be 100% this problem has been going on for along time and ive been getting so much wrong info about what to do

I don't think that it's your TFI but I digress. Here is a link to JR's "Cranks but won't Start" checklist.

I have a couple of ideas but it's better and faster to just run the checklist versus playing 50 questions.

Your right way better then 50 questions ill get right on it. Thank you. Maybe its the EGR never changed it.

Nope not egr. Sounds more like a battery issue to me.

hmmm . well i just got it to turn on with a small spray of starting fluid. now it will start up with no promblems till car gets cold

or solenoid, grounds, wire terminals, starter, ignition switch... Cold weather tends to reveal the weaknesses and gremlins. hehe

I've got lots of stories but it's still best to use the checklist to troubleshoot.

i apperciate the check list because i just put a brand new starter and solenoid this car was past down to me with many problems this is the last one and im just lost

If it starts/runs better when you spray starting fluid then that sounds like a fuel problem/weak fuel pump or a bad ect or act sensor.

For some reason this morning i turned on with no problems and it was cold, but i already checked fuel pressure everything is fine fuel wise. I think its going to be a electric problem it seems like something is stealing the energy out the battery because i craked it twice last night and the battery died.
