Well after checking for continuity everywhere, I finally determined that the break in the wire is somewhere between the connector c221(driver's side) and the driver's side door actuator.
So, I cut the pink w/black wire near the actuator connector and soldered in a new wire. I then ran that new wire through the boot between the door and the body(pain in the a##) and now I just need to figure out how I want to connect it to the existing wire under the dash.
It's amazing how you have to pull all the wires out to find one small problem. Before I started this actuator thing the interior was in pretty good shape. Now I have wires coming out of both side kick panels, both door panels are off and all the connectors are disconnected. Oh well, all in good fun!
