Agreed!!! It's going to be 3 bloodbaths in a row for the Gmen. Skins last week, Philly this week and Dallas next Sunday night.

+1.. Should be a real good group of games tho. As bad as I hate to say it, Dallas has the best chance of beating the G-men as anyone in the NFC right now.

Well, Carolina could probably keep a game close if they weren't throwing in one of their clunkers like they've done some this year. I guess we'll see in week 16 after the Dallas game. I'm really interested in that one (Panthers/G-Men). :nice:

I'll admit it.. I've said since about week 8 that I think the Giants are going to win the SB this year. The Titans/Jets/Colts can't beat them, that's a fact. I haven't said it on here, just when i've talked football with my dad, gf, and my other friends.

All they keep talking about is Plax on the WFAN... WTF get over it,, suspend him for the remainder of the season so his distraction goes away for a while.

I agree.. Just suspend him for the rest of the year and let him deal with that crap in the offseason. They're just fine without him and his ignorance. He's just going to bring the rest of the team down with him if he keeps his antics up, imo.

I hope the Steelers beat the snot out of the Cows.

So do I.

Much like the game against New England, I'm not sure Romo like Cassel has seen a defence like this one. Not sayin its that GREAT but I think they stack well agaisnt the Cowboys.

He saw the G-men last year.. that was an insanely scary pass rush. Osi and Strahan, with Tuck, Kiwi (Don't know how to spell his name) and Pierce running wild as well. That was terrifying. :(

Thats true. The Steelers have a much different pass rush. I'm not gonna say better or not as but the Giants have the speed the bust through the line. The Steelers seem like they use power more than anything. they push the pocket back at the QB and thats when someone gets through or comes around the back. You saw James Harrison do that in the New England game. I was reading a Pats fan forum that was being made during the game. Everyone seemed to blame Matt Light. IN reality Harrison Just managed to get by him a few times.

I would LOVE to see the Giants play Pittsbugh again. The Steelers line has stepped up quite a bit since then. The big test was New England as they have a very good line. I think Ben was sacked only once against a quick D.

But as of right now, Denver is in and the Pats are not. I think they will sneak in but they got beat real bad. bad game? Maybe. But the Afc East isn't really what I would call a power confrence. Actually none of them really are this year. There are maybe two good teams in each division. After that I would say average at best

Im not holding my breath for the Patriots making the playoffs. They have to win all the rest of their games while the jets lose enough for the Patriots to take the lead in the division. I see the Patriots winning 3 of the last 4 and losing to Arizona

I actually think they will beat Arizona. AZ stinks on the road, every loss but one was on the road. The lone home loss was to the Giants. They have major trouble running the ball against descent competition especially on the road.

I think the only real challenge for NE is maybe @ Buffalo and they arent playing that great right now either. Oakland and Seattle stink even though both are on the road NE should roll them both.

I think NE can go 11-5 and at worst 10-6. At 10-6 they can sneak into the last playoff spot. Baltimore has 4 TOUGH games and could go 1-3 or 2-2. They have Washington, Pittsburgh, @ Dallas, and Jacksonville.

Im not sure how the tie breaker between NE and Baltimore would go if both are 10-6 though.

Indy just has to go 2-2 to basically clinch a playoff berth since they beat NE and Baltimore and have the tie breakers.

Hey Back in Black, I read that entire thread....all 113 pages of it. It was hilarious. Did you see the moderators threatening to ban people for not being positive.

I loved the hit Clark put on Welker, I didn't see it being dirty at all, but those Pats babies were all up in arms about Welker getting creamed. :nice:

Pittsburgh will be tough but the Ravens offense is putting up more points then the Steelers is. Jacksonville is a joke the ravens will roll them no problem and who knows what drama will develop in Dallas between now and then.

The pats will defeat the Redskins, I don't doubt that at all. The Redskins were not really a problem last week, we just had some stupid penalties and some confusion; but overall we were putting it together in the air.

I think the Giants are going to:

Win against the Eagles (close game)
Toss up with Dallas
Beat the Jags.
Toss up with Dolphins

Yeah that hit was questionable. Both ways. On one hand yes, the ball was not close to the reciever and he was on a mission to lay him out. BUT, he was gonna lay him out if the ball was caught. He had a good ten + yards of a run as he was in prevent coverage.

was it late? yes. Was it intentional? No. Ryan Clark hits hard (dislocated shoulder against the G-men on a clean hit). But the pass was tipped at the last second and he went from hit mode to get the ball mode. It was not helmet to helmet. he did turn his body to avoid helmet to helmet. His shoulder hit Welker in the chest.
Thats what happens when two fast players go at it in football.

EDIT: It happened to Ward AND Holmes this year and it was the same type of hit. Questionable but unavoidable. I never said "OH! OH! HOW CAN THEY DO THAT TO OUR GUYS!!!" It's football. get over it

I usually crusie the forums of the Steelers and the team they are playing after the game. Just to see how fans of BOTH teams get.

I had a few favoite posts.

The Refs screwing NE before the game starts (Pittsburgh has had officials apologize after almost every game for blowing huge calls this year)

After the NE TD the posts, "Game over"

Dan Dierdorf being accused of pulling for the Steelers

The weather being bad for NE and stopping raining for Pittsburgh

Seeing every "uncalled penelty" for Pittsburgh but never pointing out NE getting away with any

The fact that the game didn't count cause Brady didn't play

And the fact that if Brady was in that the Defence would play better cause he lifts the whole team

And my favorite, "I think Pittsburgh is stealing the Offensive signals, they seem to know every play!" . . .Well is that not Ironic :rlaugh:

But Pittsburgh fans are just as bad. On Steelers hotline after the game some asshat called in and asked if Leftwich would be a better QB for the Dallas game. The host was like sure and hung up HAHHAHA!!!! Yeah, put your franchise QB on the bench and start your back up who played A good game this year. Your QB who has your team at a 9-3 record with the hardest schedule in the league with a line that didn't show up the first 5 1/2 games of the year. Some people :nonono:
