Electrical 1991 5.0 h.o new aftermarket dash harness

I have a 1991 foxbody. I got an American autowire and can't figure out the ignition switch wiring I have 2 brown, 2 pink, 2 red, a light brown, 1 grey and 1 purple wires. Pls help.

No it didnt...I checked the ignition switch itself. I also tested the distributor and tfi module and plug. Thanks for the help. I'm just thinking the wires aren't in the right connector. I'm getting power 2 red wires but no power in start position but cranks.

I'm not sure I understand your question then. Don't those instructions show which wires go where as far as the ignition switch connector is concerned.

They do but I've tried thir way and wasn't getting anything but crank no start.
