hello all.

wondering what a 1992 1/2 mustang vert special edition is worth now days.

the car is the red with white interior, top and wheels version. 50,000 original miles. needs a cosmetic restoration (new top, carpet, seat covers etc...)

what is the range in pricing guys?

thanks, rob

Same questions apply as any other stang. What's the body like? Rust? Dent? Need paint? Interior? Etc. How mechanically sound, things like that.

There might be a small premium over a typical fox because it's an LE car but these things are in huge demand like 93 cobras or 10,000 mile foxs. The mileage is low, but not super low. Could be a $3000-8000 car depending on actual condition

I generally agree with what the others have said. The three "special edition" LX's really don't bring much more over any other LX 'vert. It probably wouldn't bring much more after the work you describe than the cost of the work itself. I have seen really nice examples for sale locally, with lower miles than that car, go unsold on Craigslist for several months in the $7-8,000 range.
