1994 cobra questions

looking for an opinion on a 94 cobra im looking at. 1994 red cobra with tan leather interior. 8.5/10 on the interior. normal wear and tear on the leather seats. everything else is clean. drivers power seat does not work. exterior 7/10. maybe one or two dents and the usual scratches. cobra r hood with hood pins that im not too fond of. tires and brakes in decent shape. rear bumper and door handles slightly faded. rear main appears to be leaking which i know is common and tailshaft seal also appears to be leaking. runs good shifts good for the duration that i drove it. there asking 8,000 for it. just wondering from you guys what you would pay for it and also some common problems with this year cobra. thanks

I would say that should be in the 6k range. no way 8k

i have done a KBB report on mine and i only have 78,000 on mine and it's only worth around 6,500.

went to go check it over again today with my pops and found a few other things that i didnt like. strong smell of gas on the oil off the dipstick. what would cause this? also did a carfax on it and it had been in an accident. fog lights didnt even line up with the holes on the front bumper so i decided to pass on it.
