Those are pretty pricey for OEM stuff.

I bought my smoked headlights from here:

1994-1998 Headlights - Home for your Ford Mustang

Some people have had issues with them.
Myself, I've ordered from them several times with no problems.

BTW, welcome to the site. Bunch of good people here.

I have Blue Oval Industries headlights on my car and have no problem with them. I purchased them thru Ebay and IIRC I paid about 20 bucks less including shipping. They may have been running a special on Ebay, I don't remember. Shipping was very fast.

The only issue I did have was one was black on the back side and one was silver. Can't really be seen with the hood closed and easily fixed with some spray paint. Probably came from 2 different batches.

Hope this helps.

Apparently my ex-husband made that mistake.

If your headlights leak, then replace them. If they are just yellowing, then you can sand them back down to like new finish. The originals are the best. Stick with them as long as you can.

i bought a set from Late Model Restoration and was very disappointed with the fitment. However, LMR's customer service was great and they were very willing to refund my money. i tried another set from Blue Oval Industries. fitment was better but not great. the rep i spoke with prior to buying was very nice and assured me the quality was that of OEM. i ended up just getting frustrated and keeping them.

Only reason i went with different headlights is because i was involved in a small accident, busting my OEM Ford Cobra headlights. Those lights fit perfect.

IIRC the lights you had problems with were like the ultra smoke or ultra clear, right? Not the stock type replacements?

whoops! sorry for the delayed response.

if i remember correctly, i think i ordered these : 1994-98 Mustang Smoke Headlight Kit at LRS - Same Day Shipping!

but like i said, you guys had no problems making things right. a company is only as good as its customer service allows them to be.
