1996 mustang cobra

Need to sell this project to concentrate on other projects. It's a 1996 cobra with leather interior. Drivers seat has a hole in it but other wise interior is in decent shape. This car was going to be a track only car eventually, all the lights still work. The car was in the process of being converted to carb. So the wiring will need to be done for the motor and the fuel system plumbed. i listed this in the roller section due to it not running at this point in time. Here's a list of stuff the car has.


DSS pro bullet 306CI long block with forged prolite pistons,forged I-beam rods with ARP rod bolts, balanced and blueprinted,billet aluminum main support and pro windage tray,SFI balancer ( around 6000 miles on it)


Trickflow stage 2 cam

trickflow trackheat aluminum heads with trickflow 1.6 roller rockers and trickflow pushrods. ( heads have around 3000 miles on them)

Trickflow aluminum valve covers

edelbrock air gap aluminum intake

750 mighty demon carb ( has around 600 miles on it)

MSD billet distributor

MSD 6a ignition box( mounted in glove box.)

mallory 5250 fuel pump ( i believe has 50 1/8 mile passes on it)

PA super comp C4 with transbrake (4000 street miles)

ultimate converter concepts 3500 stall (200 street miles)

Hurst quarter stick

pa 50oz sfi flywheel.

PA SFI bell housing

aluminum driveshaft

aluminum radiator with electric fan

strange front coil over kit with springs (brandnew)

GT front brakes, new calipers,pads, rotors

new UPR caster camber plates

Wildrides upper and lower torque box reinforcments( new in the box)

Ford 8.8 rear just Built by Precision Chassis. welded axle tubes, braced,strange 33 spline axles and spool, ford 9" ends,5/8" wheel studs, rear support cover, all brandnew zero miles. Also has brandnew GT rotors, pads, calipers are used. motorsport 4.30 gears.

Sumped gas tank with -8 and -10 fittings and a -8 return in the front of the tank, also done by Precision Chassis.

6 point rollbar and subframe connectors.

rear mounted battery with dissconnect switch.

Front 3.5" weld prostars with 26" tall mickey thompson sportsman s/r radial front tires. barely used.


Rear 15X10 weld prostars with 275/60/15 mickey thompson drag radials brandnew

Has aftermarket upper and lower control arms in the rear( not sure on the brand)

cobra R hood, saleen wing.

paint is not that great, has light scratches here and there and one larger deeper scratch on the right rear quarter and spot on hood where paint is messed up.

here are a couple more pictures of the rear,interior,engine,gastank. car still has the AOD trans in it, i didn't get a chance to put the C4 in. Has BBK shorty headers and x-pipe, needs new mufflers.

pictures of how the car sits now and the spot on the hood and scratch on the rear quarter. Car is dirty even though it had a cover on it. I also forgot to mention when i put the rear in the Bolt on braces on the rear interfear with the stock coil springs so i had to take them off. I was planning on running coilovers that bolt in the stock shock location which would allow the braces to fit with out any issues. The rear is still very strong.
