2.3 Base Idle adjustment

Ok, I have a 1993 2.3L that I had trouble with the idle awhile ago. I got it all fixed back up, but we had reduced the idle too much. Needless to say, it has been sitting around for a few months and I want to get her back up and running, so I want to get the idles back up. I have tried finding the original thread about how to go about this (it was along with TPS and IAC) but now I can't seem too find it. If anyone could help me out and repost this info, or just tell me how to find it, I would greatly appreciate it. I can't even remember who had posted it here

If it helps job anyones memory, here is a detailed pic showing where everything is located.

Yeah, I forgot to mention that it was pointed out that 1 and 3 were incorrectly labelled in that earlier post I mentioned. Thanks Lboya, you don't happen to remember the original thread do you?
