Hey guys I’ve got a 91 with a 2.3l and a4ld and currently it’s been broken down for about 2 months now and so far I’ve installed a new starter, starter solenoid, ignition coils both of them, fuel pump and fuel filter and a fuel pressure regulator and it still won’t start it cranks but there is no power to the ignition coils and no power to the fuel pump and I’m honestly tired of mindlessly throwing money at it when I don’t know what the actual problem is so if anyone has any insight that would be great if someone could come by to take a look at it I will compensate for travel and time spent

Giving you a bump hopefully someone can chime in. Im unfamiliar with 2.3 starting procedures but so long as the wiring, grounds, connections are clean, relays are in proper function the next thing I would check is your ecu function. Also ignition module wiring as well.

So my friend who is a mechanic said that the constant control relay module as well as the ignition control module needs to be checked then testing the wires with a light tester

Im glad you have some assistance with this. I know more about my 5.0, and even then still learning some new things everyday. I am just a resident thread bumper around here ;)

Update the thread if you could when you figure it out or if you still need help
