2.3L turbo question

forget about 5.0 im thinking about putting a 2.3L turbo the 5.0 engines are too heavy any ive seen many races on 5.0 and the mostly loose ive seen a 2.3L beating a 5.0L
my question is if do i could add a turbo kit on my 2.3L efl engine or do i have to swap a 2.3L turbo cogar engine

There isn't a turbo kit for these motors because the N/A internals aren't strong enough to handle the boost of the turbo (it's not as simple as slapping on a turbo and going). And I don't know what a ''cogar'' engine is but if you mean swap a 2.3 turbo engine from another Ford car, then yes, that's what you need to do.

yes you could use the 2.3T from the xr7 cougars, or any of the other cars mentioned above.
