The transmission O/D light has been randomly flashing after getting the non locking tall converter installed. Pulled the codes tonight and the first one is P0741 TQR CVT CLT CIR PER Off (Torque Converter Clutch stuck off) and P1744 TOR CVT System Perform (also means torque converter not locking). So I assume seeing as I don't have a locking converter like the stock one that these codes are normal. Now, when the O/D light starts flashing my transmission clunks real bad when it down shifts from second to first (I'm thinking the computer puts it in some kind of limp mode). Is there away to turn off the computer from reading the codes (I did clear the codes tonight) or whats my best option?
