well the kids and had court...and they (the court system) were working on trying to terminate the fathers rights....well the judge decided to extend for another few months and upgrade his rights statis to un-suppervised visits...but he has to have his driver's liscence(he's 29 and has never had one and originnally from california and lost his birth certificate)
so it'll take awhile...also his lawyer asked if family could drive him until he can get his liscence....well the judge said yes as long as they have a background test done....i have never known any of them to have a liscence...and i called to ask about insurance because i gaurantee they have never had insurance especially if they have never had a liscence....
well i didn't agree with the judges decision, i mean its been 28 months and they try to terminate rights by 22 months latest but the judge has a soft spot i guess....also the judge talked alittle to the kids...he asked the oldest (shane 8) what grade he was in and he told him the 2nd....then he asked the middle boy(seth 7) what grade he was in and he said 2nd...the judge looked confused and i informed the judge that the parents didn't think it was neccesary to put the oldest in kindergarten and i had to do it when i got them, at the same time with the middle child...(so the judge made a note of it)....
so when i know more i'll inform you....
