Man don't listen to what anyone tells you. If you want to put 20's on your car then go ahead and do it. See the thing about most of the people on this site is they dont really care about aesthetics, or if you mention anything about big rims they automatically assume that your a rap star or that your super ghetto (hence the bling bling comments). I live in a very very very ghetto part of the world (east palo alto, and oakland california) so i have seen plenty of every type of vehicle in the world on 20 inches and bigger. Right now i have an uncle that has a 01 gt, and his is on 20 inch rims, and it does not look fugly. It does look clean, but like everyone says you will get less traction. so if your building a vehicle for show then go for it, but if your trying to really race the car then dont put anything larger than 18's. i have 18's on my fox body, and i have never heard anything bad from anyone about the way my car looks. even though half of the people on this site will say that 18's are too large for a fox. well they look fine, and they fit fine. 18x9.5 on a 90 ex chp, wheelwell slightly rolled, no quadshocks, turndowns, with a panhard bar and torque arm. car handles like a champ, and with the motor currently making 318rwhp, and 330 tq at the rear. on street tires i have ran a 12.1 at 116. but the car also weighs under 3k. thats just my 2 cents. please no one flame me.
