2000 ford mustang gt fuel pump no power

Whole car gets power except for the fuel pump i recent replaced. Im trying to figure out why it isnt get power to the fuel pump

Should we assume that you have checked all of the fuses? Especially the ones in the BJB=F1. Plus F2.34, F2,2, and F2.8.
