2000 gt engine ID sticker help

the build date on the engine sticker says 11-03-98 but my gt is 2000.. any ideas?

What is your question? Are you concerned about the age of your motor?

Consider WHY Ford put a Windsor motor instead of the normal Romeo motor for the 1999-2000 model year. There was a surplus of Windsor motors and a shortage of Romeos.

It's quite common for motors to have a build date a year or more before being installed inside a car.
