I have a 2000 GT and I am trying to replace the halo headlights that are on the car now since they are peeling. I ordered some Spyder ones that are supposed to fit the car but they do not. I then started checking around with other lights and even looked at 2 other Mustangs and for whatever reason my car needs the lights with the 2 longer prongs and the 3 long black one. The shorter ones do not fit in any way on my car. I attached 2 photos with the new ones and the ones on my car and as you can see they are different. I am the 3rd owner of the car and it has less than 90,000 thousand miles and has never been wrecked I have all the car information. My next step is to check with the local Ford dealer. Does anyone have any ideas on what else to do? Thanks for getting back to me!
