I bought this 2000 GT almost 2 months ago. It has 86000 miles and the car seems to be very well cared for. But my paint on the hood, decklid, spoiler and tops of my front fendors are showing white patchy spots on the paint. The car is extremely shiny as well. What does this mean? What can I do about this? I will be replacing the hood as the 2000 Mustang hood had no Cowl on it so I have no problem replacing that but does anybody have any ideas on what to do about this issue.
