2000 Mustang GT DPFE Wiring Diagram

Hey all,

This is my first post as a new member, but I have been a Mustang guy since my first car in 2005. Anyways, I'm looking for the wiring diagram of the DPFE system to include the main harness connector.

I know I have some kind of wiring issue that started after I went through a car wash. So far, I've replaced the DPFE Sensor, EGR valve and the solenoid. I keep getting the code P0402 and P0156 codes and have a really bad idle like it's got some kind of stupid big cam of some kind. I've since disconnected the vacuum connection to the EGR valve, which has alleviated the poor running condition, which in my mind means its opening it too soon because of some kind of short.

I've also taken all the connectors for the system off the sensors, cleaned them with electrical contact cleaner and re-electric greased them. I have also taken the main engine harness connector off the main connection and done the same. I did find some water in the EGR solenoid connection prior to replacing it but have cleaned it and its working as it should in regard to voltage input from the DPFE sensor.

Or that there is a hole in the EGR diaphragm or a leak in the gasket.

This can cause a lean condition which can in-turn, cause your O2 sensor code... Or... the O2 sensor could be bad too.

Thats true, which is why ive also replaced the EGR valve and gasket and checked the rest of the system for leaks. So far, nothing.

Start poking around the rest of then engine bay for vac leaks too.
