2000 Mustang V6 Transmission

I've got a 2000 model v6 mustang auto that my wife has wrecked and needs quarter panel replaced and the back glass and passenger quarter glass. I found a 95 v6 that needs a trans it was a 5 speed car can I pull the trans out of the 2000 that's auto and put into it or should I pull the glass out of the 95 and put into the 2000? Will trans from the 2000 work in the 95?

Dont quote me on it, but im fairly certain those are 2 totally different trans/engine/everything. Probably wouldnt work, but worth doing your homework on. But the windows are the same, so you're good there
