Ford shipped 200 (I think) Cobra's to the land down under for 2002, so if there is some, that's where they are at.

What he said... so if someone claims to have one and it doesn't have the OEM Australia foglights in the bumper-bumper (not the foglight holes, but in the actual middle of the bumper) then he is probably lying.

To be technical...there were no 2002 SVT Cobras. The ones shipped to Australia and converted to right hand drive are not sold down there as SVT models.

correct, but they are cobras... look at the side emblems and the rear bumper.
