2002 Window Issue

I'm new here. My first mustang since 1994 but I just bought a used 2002 3.8 and the issue is when someone tried to break in and force drivers window down.

So now you must help it the first inch and it continues down as expected and goes back up but the last two inches I must grab it and assist it...

Anyone point me in the right direction...
