2003 Cobra Tremec T-56 Swap Into 2001 Cobra

I found a local 03 Cobra that is swapping his T-56 Tremec for a TKO 600 cause he is goin up into the very high hp numbers. I was wondering if any of you guys knew what I would need to swap the stock tranny in a 2001 Cobra (I dont know if it is a T-3650 Tremec or a T-45 Tremec) to the T-56 outta the 03 Cobra? I know I will prob need a new driveshaft, cross member, and different wiring, but I do not know what I need exactly. If someone could tell me or point me in the right direction to where I can find the price of this operation and the parts I need, that would be awesome!

If I do get a Viper T-56 installed, how would i calibrate it if i installed 4.10 gears in the rear end? I know you can calibrate stock tranny'd mustangs with hypertech power programmers but how would i calibrate the speedo with the Viper tranny? Would you use speedo gears? If so, what kind/color?
