Well it's not as cool as ben racing the lambo but ill tell you the 911 turbo s is wicked fast :hail2:

Monday morning i am driving to work , I take the 207th street exit and procede to the first light i believe it is halsey-- The light turns green and i slowly pull forward , get the car into third gear thinking about the espresso stand , looked to the right and a silver 911 was passing me full throttle on the right he makes it 2 full car legnths before i get the car back into second gear and mash the throttle, the tires are boiling hit third start to gain a little on him. so we are now racing around the corner @ 100 plus i get within a car legnth and we had to get out of it.

He knew he didn't give me a fair shot and asked what the hell i had done to my car :flag:

I get to work and look up the specs no wonder why i didn't catch him easier than i did that car is wicked fast stock 0-60 In 4.2 seconds and a lofty 131,000 price tag!!

Ben, at the sema show in Las Vegas a company named VIUZ i believe has a multi angle camera system i was thinking it would be nice to get these races from a few different angles!! Just a thought i am going to see what they costs!!

Dude some of those bigger turbo Porsche's are damn fast.

I have always wanted to put a camera in my car, but somehow Johnny Law would probably end up with the tape!

So tell us--don't keep us in suspense! What did you do to your car? :)

Not as impresive... I had a Boxer S which tried to pull away from me a few months ago (it was right in front of me on a one lane road). I was right on his ass and my car was wanting A LOT more then what I was giving it... hehe At any rate, when we both get to the turn to go right onto a two-lane road, he chickened out. I was all ready to get on it but he got in the slow lane and drove under the speed limit. Was pretty funny--he was some rich Microsoft dude who thought he was all bad ass because he had a Porche.

I did the same thing, looked up the stats and found out it was nearly identicle to my GT. Was pretty funny, and my only "race" I've had to date.

Yep those porsches in the hands of a gear head is something to be feared. If you spend sometime researching them you'll find that the internals pretty much last through whatever you throw at it, even the fuel system is good up to 600rwhp, the only upgrades are bigger turbo different headers and tune.
Its a shame its so expenssive :(

Heres a little vid of one Clicky

Most already know my mods. 03 cobra 2.76 pulley , exaust , strait axle , and i ported the stock supercharger. Best 1/4 mile et to date is 11.6 @ 124 but im shure i will improve on that!! I also have Nitrous but the bottle is alaways empty :nonono: nevr used it at the track yet !!

The funny thing this race sounds similar to your story but he was not afraid to keep his foot into it all the way through the curve. This was a little crazy but the car felt stable all the way. Im shure the 911 handles like a dream!!
