What I have is a 2004 Mustang GT with a 5 speed with 44K on it. I am wondering what kinds of mods would be the best, i dont want a power adder and im not trying to make it the fastest mustang alive just something with a little more nut. It already has a K&N intake. My thoughts were headers, im curious if long tubes would be overkill and I like the sound of SLP loudmouth 2 with an off road X. I was wondering if its worth the time to get a bigger MAF sensor and throttle body and a programer, and If i did would I have to upgrade the injectors. I know that gears would help too and im going to go with some 3.73s with the other mods. Sorry to ask so many questions I just want to get it all over with in one shot. Thank you for any help.
Anyways, to the OP, Yes LT's are worth it. Go with LT's o/r x and lm2, the 3.73's, full length subrames, a bigger maf is a waste of money. The steeda udp's are also a great way to free up some power. If its a 5-speed you'll definately want a short throw. Oh yea and a programmer
