Just like failing the emissions test for not having cats (visual) after you have passed the sniffer test on the dyno.
Has nothing to do with protecting the enviornment, its about $$$$$.
Lets see Ive had "driving too agressive", didnt spin the tires, didnt break the 35mph speed limit, but was driving too agressively leaving the stop sign. All about the $$$$
My tickets for tinted windows, or my stereo too loud sure as hell didnt have anything to do with safety, they were about $$$$
But hey somebody has to pay those fellons and DEAD people to vote for our bleeding heart liberal gov.
You know the one who lost the election the first two times they counted it....
